A Vitamin D Fix

Decided to try and leave the snow and ice behind today to see if we could get into the warmth of the sunshine. There was a pretty clear cut divide on the forecast. Cloudy in the mountains, sunny at the coast. We rode north...

There was still a chilly wind blowing down the Menai Straits, but if you tucked away out of it, there were some real suntraps.

A stark contrast to being on the mountain tops yesterday.

Behind the town, some of the mountains cleared into view. They always seem to look bigger when they have a covering of snow.

It was great to feel the sun, but also get a different view.

Saw this and thought of Uncle Ken and the restoration of HMS Victory!...
