The strawberries are ripening up along the tracks in the slate quarries now.
There's a lovely warm feel in the air and even though I've had to spend most of the day planning, there is at least excitement on the horizon!
In the evening, Clare and I took a short walk down by the lake to enjoy the evening light on Snowdon.
