Had a bit of an explore further down the river to see if we could find any new swimming areas as it looks like we're going to be around here for some time yet. A quick bike ride got us to the river, where we locked up the bikes and set out on foot.
It was a beautiful walk following the meanders. Loads of potential spots, but nothing quite deep enough. In fact, you could cross the river by rock hopping in certain places it was so low.
Lovely to be getting new views still though and the walk back along the higher path to the bikes was superb.
We could see the whole mountain range.
Once back at the bikes, it was only ten minutes back to the garden, were mint magnum ice creams and some fine coffee was served at the sunset boulevard. Treats!
