It's getting to that time of year where you really need to have a head torch packed in your rucsack. Aled and I raced up to Penmaenbach Quarry from the Sychnant Pass this evening, despite both being pretty tired from the day. It was such a lovely evening we wanted to make the most of them before the evenings draw in.
We climbed two routes on the far right. This steep was was the best. Been a while since I last climbed it - 'Agent Orange' - really good.
Also climbed the leaning corner next to it and just made it to the top with enough light to see by! Walked out in the dark feeling very happy to have made the most of the day.
