No action shots today, just a quick view of the river before we set off this morning. It's been pouring down for the last 24 hour or more, so perfect for a quick blast down the Ogwen first thing. Even though it's grim outside, it's still great to be able to make us of the nearby classic white water run - especially with a hot shower just minutes away from the get out. I soon had the sleep out of my eyes after we set off and I accidentally capsized only a few minutes into the journey. Luckily, I rolled straight up feeling much more awake! The river guage was on '402' which seems to be am optimal level for the section through the village.
