Took some students down to the Llanberis Mountain Film Festival today. Had been grey and wet, but there was some great evening light across the lake when we arrived.
Stopped off for a brew and a quick game of chess on the way at Dinorwic Lodge with John, before going to a great lecture by Leo Houlding. Inspirational stuff. We got taken a a rapid tour of the world - climbing, adventuring, exploring and most of all having great experiences with great friends. All the kind of things that I try and facilitate through my work in the field of Outdoor Education...
Made me want to start planning the next adventure right away!....
