It's been a while since I've been up to the hills behind Aber Falls, but given the wet forecast inland, it looked like a decent bet for staying dry with the group of students that I was working with.
That was until one of them fell in the river fully clothed.
Soon enough the whole group were waist deep in the water and all plans of lofty summits were gone. Still, we had an adventurous journey, even if it wasn't quite what we had planned.
