In conjunction with the local Chaplin and our Outdoor Education department, we held a student day called 'Spirituality in the Outdoors'. One of the themes of the day was looking at times when the students had experienced a sense of awe and wonder in the outdoors. The day finished with a short hike up a local hill, where, right on cue, we were all treated to an absolutely stunning sunset, which rounded the day off perfectly. (Hopefully, some of you saw it too as the photo really doesn't do it justice)..
