Caffeine & Alcohol - Bremerton, Seattle

Champagne and caffeine have been fuelling the last few days of travel! It feels like we’ve not slept in days and to be honest we barely have. Crossing time zones has given us extended days, which we’ve been living as though they were just 24hrs to try and avoid too much jet lag. America style large portions were certainly available when it comes to coffee drinking here! Two litre ‘travel box’ to go, anyone?!

We spent a day with Anna, checking out her local area, around Bremerton. A bit of blue sky was a welcome sight to start to the day.

Coffee (ordered via mobile and picked up by Anna from a drive through!) was enjoyed in the morning sun while we woke up.

But no rushing out was required...

Via a bit of shopping, scenic driving, sightseeing and a fantastic lunch, the day passed in a haze. The girls left me in the afternoon, at yet another coffee shop for a snooze, while they went to get their ‘nails done’ - returning later having had a full massage as well! Sneaky!

Dinner and wine, put us into a deep sleep for the final few hours of the day - with alarms set for a 5am start the next day! Whirlwind!
