The incredible Welsh weather has continued and it was too hot to eat out breakfast outside in the laneways. Instead, we had to move into the shade! Inside The Cottage, it's hotter than it's ever been - even in the depths of winter with the heating on full blast. Windows are wide open and all meals are eaten outside. It's superb!
I was in need of a cool down by the end of the day, so we cycled out to the river and found another new spot to cool off in. The heat has brought a lot of people out of their homes in the village, so we were glad to still be able to find some seclusion. The water didn't feel cold and I stayed in for a while, before biking back home 'refreshed'.
