Amazing sunrise over the Carneddau this morning. Photo doesn't really do it justice, but watching it started the day with a god feeling inside.
There was zero effort required for the walk in to today's climbing venue. Castle Inn Quarry literally has a cliff in the car park!
Did a few nice routes during the afternoon. It's been dry, but with a cold wind which made it feel rather autumnal for the first time this year.
Had a go with a new type of carabiner that gets locked closed by a tiny magnet! It was a bit fiddly to use, but actually pretty cool in a geeky kind of way!
