All good things are apparently supposed to come to an end... With some time away from the UK looming, I've decided (rather reluctantly) that it might be time to sell my van. The Escort (aka "The Cessner") has been my trusted companion on countless adventures over the years. It was virtually new when I got it, and the mileage currently stands at just over 170,000 so it's fair to say that I've had pretty good value from it!
Multiple trips to Europe in both summer and winter; there have been some epic journeys and unforgettable camps! Laybys, service stations, mountain passes, beaches, cliff tops and forests have all provided comfortable accommodation in the back of the van. Come snow, rain or blistering heat, the Cessner has continued to provide shelter and a place to rest ones head.. From mid winter sub-zero Arolla, to sweltering mid summer in Coratia, the Cessner's been there! Great days indeed...
