A different kind of day today - working with a film crew to get some Outdoor Education action shots for a promotional film.
Sadly, the glorious blue skies views we were after did not quite turn up, but it was still a good fun day. Really interesting to see how the 'storyboard' is film and lot's of 'takes' to get the right angles etc..
A director, camera man and drone pilot were all involved! My job was to make sure no one fell off a cliff (and I even got to hold an umbrella over the camera and director while a rain shower passed overhead). Only marginally disappointed that there was no catering van. A long, but very fun day.
We got most of the shots 'in the can' before the real rain arrived. As I left the 'de-brief', it was raining so hard that the ducks had moved from the lake to the lightly flooding roads...
