Ventured over to the big city today for a mega bouldering session with some students. The Climbing Hangar is a bouldering only indoor venue and totally brilliant.
There are various different rooms, areas, training zones and an amazing kids area with a climbable pirate ship!
It's great running a session like this, where everyone is fully psyched and motivating each other. It often surprises people to find that the individual act of bouldering can be such a 'team' experience.
We had some incentives of placing some chocolate 'prize money' at the top of some of the harder routes to add an extra boost. Eventually, sore hands stopped play! You'll definatley run out of energy here before you run out of challenges to complete!
