Crumbs! Blog post number 100! Well time has sure flown by since I started this blog in the Alps this summer. And it seems to be serving it's purpose well - "for documentation, inspiration and motivation". It's good to be able to look back and see where all that time went and see that it was used wisely. And on the days when it seemed like there was not much going on, it's served as a catalyst to plan the next adventure.

Today's adventure involves hoofing around the forest searching for orienteering markers. Navigation and orienteering is one of my favourite lessons to teach. You have to be super energetic and psyched to get the group onboard with you. Infectious enthusiasm seems to be the key. It's fast paced and I'll admit, I was pretty tired by the end of the day, but it was great fun getting everyone chasing around, exercising both their bodies and their brains. It's been a crisp, cold, blue sky day as well, which always helps keep the psych up and today it made the autumnal forest look really special.

What will the next 100 days bring?....
