Wow, we’ve had a mix of things over the last few days. Incredible temperatures up to 30°C followed by rain and a rapid drop. Stillness and strong winds. Clare finished the last of her recent coaching contract, so we celebrated with a swim in the river, followed by cake.
Apparently it’s been busy further up the valley, with all sorts of parking chaos, but we stayed put, in the quiet confines of The Cottage, so remained blissfully unaware. From our view in the evening, it didn’t seem that busy at all...
