Back to driving on the left hand side of the road. Slowly. In heavy traffic. What a welcome back to the UK!
After an overnight stop in Dockenfield, we hooked up with the Clan for a sunny day at Fort Martin.
Followed by an amazing sunset and finishing with us all lying on our backs in the garden watching the meteor shower. We saw seven in total - one of which was a real 'Walt Dinsey' one, burning slowly right across the sky!
The next day, we got introduced to the new village Lamas and the resident cheeky squirrel
Then it was onward to Wales, where summer seems to have packed up and gone home too! We re-opened the Cottage, got the fire lit and started getting unpacked. It didn't take too long to make it all cozy, despite the weather outside!
Managed to hike out to the river between the showers. There's been 110mm of rain since we were last here.
