Fading Forearms

All a bit overcast in San Vito this morning, so took our time leaving the flat while the rain drops fizzled out. Walked down to the 'Bunker' area of cliffs, down by the sea. It felt much different with a strong breeze blowing and noisy waves crashing onto the rocks. We climbed some amazing long, vertical routes; 30 to 35m of continuous climbing really allows you to get absorbed into the task at hand. Lovely stuff!

To get a sense of scale, there are a few climbers on this cliff if you look closely.

Although my brain wanted to climb more routes, our arms started to say otherwise. Ten days of continuous climbing had started to take its toll on the forearms and a rest day was needed! Brilliant fun routes though.

Bunker - San Vito Lo Capo:
- Lavoro di Domenica, 5c+****
- Fur Christian, 5c+****
- Due Giganti Sulla Roccia, 6a+*** (crazy steep!)
