Fort Martin Fun...

It's been a varied few days where I've been involved with presentations and assessments of students at Bangor University, meetings and scheduling as well as kit store logistics and staff observations. It's been interesting work and been good to be using my brain in different ways. Early on Wednesday I traveled down to Fort Martin and had a great day around Loddington, including a walk in the sunshine out to Grandad's tree.

After a quick trip in see Michelle in Kettering, we had a hoot of a night at The Fort, with fine dining and hilarious recitals from the manuscript of a forthcoming anthology. There was a bit of log gym action this morning and even a pub lunch at The Hare before returning back to The Cottage, in time to get packed for this weekends expedition!... Thanks for the usual mega-hospitality and some belly aching laughs!
