The Cessner Mark II - preparing for life on the road

Where to adventure to next? This morning was a mixture of admin, planning and head scratching... Where to go this summer that has great climbing, great weather, and great potential for some fun summer adventures?...

Well after much research, we still have no destination decision, but decided that we ought to start sorting out the new van (aka The Cessner Mark II) ready for some road tripping. Our friend has donated some mattresses and wood, so after picking them up from the south side of Snowdon, I go the tools out and set to work fitting them into the back of the van.

The overall design is changing slightly with every cut, but by the time the light started to fade, I'd got a decent base measured up. 

Then just before retiring inside, I noticed that the light on the hills by The Cottage was going all eerie. I ran out to the road and from the bridge watched the beautiful colours of the hillside glow.
