With it being calm but cold in the mountains, we journeyed over to the west coast of Anglesey in search of a little bit of sunshine to climb in. On top of the crags at Port y Garran, the easterly wind felt cold and inhospitable, but, down at sea level, sheltered by the cliffs it was much more pleasant.
We climbed under a blanket of grey clouds, until the very last route of the day, when the sun finally made its appearance - as we were packing up!
We were left with a beautiful coastal walk back to the minibus though!
And a stunner of a sunset on the drive home.
