Red Sky in the Morning

There was such an incredibly colourful sunrise this morning, that I had to stop the car so that I could take a minute to appreciate it properly! The mountains were silhouetted black and the clouds were on fire. I couldn't stop where the best views were, but even down in the hollow, I could still see some of the clouds. The colour in the photos don't make it seem that good - so I guess for that reason alone, it was worth stopping for!

The days recently have been mild and overcast, but every now and then a burst of sunlight shines brightly though...
