Orienteering in the woods near Conwy today! A good place to shelter from the wind; managed to miss most of the rain and had some good active fun.
But only after sitting here for an hour and ten minutes this morning! Luckily I had hot coffee onboard and passed the time listening to an interview with Arnold Schwartzniger!
The leaves have really been brought down by these recent winds and there we knee high drifts in places! Bodlondeb woods is a lovely little spot just north of the castle in Conwy. There is a good orienteering course, but it's worth a visit just to be in amongst some big old trees.
Things even cleared up a bit in the afternoon, so despite a slow start, I've had a fun day with some good people.
